Rivarossi Ref 1285 SOUTHERN CRESCENT LIMITED 4-6-2 Heavy Pacific in green with running number’1396′. Has been tested and ran well, though I couldn’t run completely around my confined layout – so just some ups and downs on a straight section. Looks to be in very good condition, no signs of damage or repair that I can find but please look at photos. Comes in original plastic Rivarossi box which has some marks to plastic lid but is intact and in nice condition. If however you wish to make a Best Offer on an item despite this then please message me and I can add it.

Rivarossi 1302 HO Scale Württemberg K Class 2-12-0

This is a beautiful model from Rivarossi of the. Württemberg K Class 2-12-0 in original livery. These prototypes are very handsome and were designed by the Württemberg Design Bureau to operate on the grades within the Württemberg Staats Eisenbahn’s area of operations. The model is in excellent condition. When I was testing the model for the listing, it wanted to stutter at first. I ran it in for about twenty minutes, going in forward and reverse. Eventually, the running became smoother. I also noticed that there seemed to be a loose connection causing some of the stuttering. I noticed that this was the case when the unit made a right turn. I inspected the connections to the aft pair of drivers (without any disassembly) and made some minor adjustments. Again, the unit ran better. I think that sitting in its box on the shelf for years has not been conducive to its most recent performance. As stated, it has very little run time while in my possession. The detail parts and doo-dads have not been applied. The sachet is visible in the photos. It has its documents with it as well. These are some of my favorite locomotives and I hate to part with this one. All-in-all, a remarkable piece of kit from our friends at Rivarossi. This is a beautiful model from Rivarossi of the. Württemberg K Class 2-12-0 in original livery. These prototypes are very handsome and were designed by the Württemberg Design Bureau to operate on the grades within the Württemberg Staats Eisenbahn’s area of operations. The model is in excellent condition and runs beautifully. It has very little run time while in my possession. The detail parts and doo-dads have been applied, I did not apply them. The previous owner did. One thing about this unit is following the application of the piston rod extensions, it requires a broader radius curve. These accessories can be removed if you desire. I normally do not install these features on my steam locomotives because of my curve radii. It has its documents with it as well. These are some of my favorite locomotives and I hate to part with this one. It is a good runner and a good puller. It was a joy to run it as I was testing for this listing. It is quiet and strong and has remarkable low-speed control. All-in-all, a remarkable piece of kit from our friends at Rivarossi.
