Up for sale is a. Central Locomotive Works H-10 2-8-0 BRASS Steam Engine O-Scale 2-Rail AS-IS. Includes 1 of 2 boxes. THE GOOD NEWS: motors turn and wheels rotate when power is hooked up directly to the motor. THE BAD NEWS: The engine shorts out when placed on track, seems like at least one of the wheels was installed the wrong way (insulated side put in wrong side). There is no draw bar. The motor is not wired. No wiring has been done at all. The whistle is not seated into the boiler and falls out. Please look at the pictures to see exactly what you will receive.
