Here’s a train engine and tender that were made by Fujiyama. Brass steam engine and tender that is the Southern Pacific – Texas & New Orleans Class E-23, 4-4-0. HO scale in the original box. The box was marked December 26,1967 when it was first recieved. They have never been run, just out of the box maybe a couple time, to look at and to take the photos. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. This brass engine showcases exquisite detail! Lubricated the motor, axles, and two driver gear internals. Changed the coupling between two sets of drivers. Resistance soldered steps on the front pilot. Bench test good, though the gear train is a little noisy. There is tarnish on the tender. Even though there are some imperfections, this brass locomotive will make an impressive addition to any collection! The original box is included with a home-made foam liner. Fujiyama Echo Bend M-4. 2-6-0 Steam Engine and Tender. This brass offering was tested and it went very slowly in both directions. I didn’t want to push it and risk damage so I tested for a short period. The set may need a cleaning to make it run better. Set is a little dusty. I noticed a few paint chips and a loose tender grab rail on the front of the unit. The box has some shelf wear and no inner foam. The box label has some writing. Please review all the pictures. The shell on this locomotive has been removed and the motor commutator cleaned. Two shaft couplings have been changed. The short between the shell and body (drawbar) has been eliminated. This unit has been lubricated. The tender truck and frame contact points have been cleaned. This unit has bench tested good. The original box is included, along with the foam liner.
