This is a Lionel Scale #6-28072 New York Central 4-6-4 Hudson Steam Locomotive in the Solid Stripe Black Color paint scheme and Numbered 5444, all in the Original Box & Packaging, with Instructions. The Popular Hudson Steam Locomotive by ALCO are one of the most Popular Steam Locos in the Later Days of Steam, still talked about often and probably One of the most Liked as well. This Engine came out in 2001 as part of the Scale TMCC Locomotive Line for Lionel.. The Engine is an O Scale 3-Rail Very Highly Detailed Die Cast Body with Die Cast & Metal Frame, Die Cast Trucks and Metal Wheels. Cheddar Models Ltd live steam locomotive’Henschel & Sohn Riesa’ 0-4-0 inside framed and set to 45mm (not re-gaugeable) with 2.4GHz radio control. This is the later version with red frames, revised centre buffers, firmer axle bearing block springs, improved slide valve regulator and gas pressure regulator. Sale includes the RC transmitter and instructions. Cheddar locomotives are widely recognised in the hobby as having a better engineering specification than either Accucraft or Roundhouse and are known for being powerful and smooth runners. This Riesa has the following features. Fully bushed and sprung running gear. Multi cross tubed copper boiler. Large 5/8” stroke and 5/8” cross sectional area cylinders. Gas pressure regulator. Water top up valve. Water level sight glass. Painted spoked wheels. Turner valve gear. Loco is in good working condition with a couple of paint defects – a couple of scratches on the roof and a scuff to front corner of the right hand side tank (see photos). 2019S Colorado & Southern Steam Mogul Locomotive & Tender. This is a good condition steam locomotive! I have tested it and it runs great, but there is an issue with the sound. When I initially ran it, the sound worked. After a few minutes the sound stopped. When placing the sound trigger magnet down, only the whistle worked although it sounded a bit distorted. The bell did not sound. Now when running it, it only does the short whistle sound when it starts from a stop. The smoke unit and all the lights work. It is a little dusty in the nooks and crannies. It comes in its original box & packaging with two sound trigger magnets. Made in Western Germany! Accucraft Caradoc live steam locomotive with 2.4GHz radio control and Summerlands Chuffer in excellent little used condition. Finished in GWR green with water top up valve, copper chimney cap, opening smokebox door and tool box. Really nicely proportioned loco with radio control professionally fitted to the reverser. Steams and runs well. This is the later version with smoke box rivet detail. Very few signs of use – just the odd small mark and a tiny dint in the brass dome that is barely noticeable. The tool box is secured using a small dab of silicone so it can be removed or re-located easily. Sale includes RC transmitter but no paperwork or box. From the Accucraft website: Caradoc is a freelance side tank locomotive with design inspirations from Hunslet. The loco is internally gas fired with a centre flue boiler. The model is built from stainless steel and brass and is gauge adjustable from 32mm to 45mm gauge and has insulated wheels as standard. The axles run in bronze bearings and all the rods and valve gear are manufactured from stainless steel. The cab roof slides backs to give access to the gas, water and lubricator fillers. The boiler is fitted with a water level check valve and the displacement lubricator has an under floor drain valve. Scale: 16mm to 1 foot (1:19). Length: 262mm (10 ¼ ins). Gauge: 32mm or 45mm. Width: 116mm (4 ins). Min Radius: 0.6M (24 ins). Height: 160mm (6 ¼ ins). Weight: 4.1 kg (9lbs). Reversing Gear: Piston type, reverse by lever in the cab. Valve Gear: Simulated Stephensons link.
