Due to his illness and passing he wasn’t able to rebuild his layout again. Both of us have kept all of his collection in their original boxes. Well taken care of too, as you will see by the photo’s. This brass engine is custom painted. I tested the engine and tender, ran forward but stopped. I did the test with a portion of track and 9 volt battery. As you can see in photo no. 2 a wire isn’t attached. I’m not sure if it’s suppose to be that way. There is a parts bag inside box. The inside of the box does show wear, from age, but no tears, rips, or holes. The box does have wear on it from age. The original certificate, still attached, will give you the date it was finished and packaged in Tokyo Japan by Akane.
