The kit includes buffers to be attached to the front and rear of the loco and grab bars to be attached to the front left and right of the loco. This locomotive was built in 1912 by Baldwin Locomotive Works in the United States. It operated on the Fuji-Minobu Railway between Fuji and Omiya-machi (now Fujinomiya) from 1913. In 1936, it was transferred to NKK Tsurumi Works now JFE Engineering Co. Tsurumi Works, and in 1973, it was transferred to Museum Meiji-Mura in Aichi Prefecture, where it is still in operation.
