This is a custom-built Central Railroad of New Jersey 2-6-2 Camelback. It is built using a Bachmann 2-6-2, and still has the stock Rapido couplers. It is a DC locomotive. It has its original Bachmann jewel-case with the insert modified to accommodate the custom Camelback shell. Engine has been tested with analog DC control on a club layout using an MRC Tech 2 power-pack and runs fine in both the forward and reverse directions at reasonable speeds. The locomotive has been in storage for a few years, so it could benefit from a proper run-in period before entering regular service on your layout.
