Lionel Pennsylvania Texas Style. 2-10-4 Steam Engine and Tender. I love the looks of this set. The set is very clean. I tested this unit and it worked great and sounded even better. This set is equipped with the wireless tether system which is awesome. The manual, extra rubber tires, extra coupler, hex wrench and smoke fluid are in the box. NJ Custom Brass Pennsylvania Railroad Class C-1 0-8-0 made in Korea by KSM and imported in 1978. Model is in good condition with very little tarnish. Previous owner engraved collection number onto bottom of unit and a Japanese? Character that matches one inside box. Unit has can motor and runs well, eccentric cranks have been repaired and are solid, they are not soldered which will make future work easier. Rear tender step casting has been soldered, is solid, laquer on step has some discoloration due to heat. Spare hardware bag included. Original box has been taped on one corner. Lots of original foam has lost its memory or is deteriorating and will not serve its intended purpose. I replace or remove inferior foam as needed, use additional padding, water proof, and wrap with plenty of bubble wrap and air pillows. I use oversized boxes with all seams taped ensuring that you don’t receive a box of “parts”. I pay special attention to my brass items, as many have been cherished for decades, were handmade, and deserve to remain a part of modeling history. Thanks for looking at Cherry Picked Trains! A couple of notes. This will alert me to invoice you with an adjusted total. I take packing seriously! I use bubble wrap, plenty of packing material, and sturdy boxes.
