United Scale Models Santa Fe. 4-8-4 Steam Engine and Tender. This United Scale Model was factory new when I received it. I unwrapped and tested this unit and as I expected the unit didn’t run. It has been sitting for decades in the box and has some tarnishing and the oil may have gummed up. Unit will need cleaning and possibly a new rubber drive shaft. When I tested the set I could hear the motor spin, but the unit didn’t move. Very large, nice looking tarnished engine. Please review the pictures. Let me know if you have any questions.
