O Scale 2 Rail brass unpainted KTM NYC Niagara 4-8-4. Original Box

On offer is a KTM/U. It would appear from inspection this piece has never been assembled. There is no wear on the wheels. The parts bags are unopened, you can tell as the original staples haven’t been tampered with. There are 3 loose pieces which should be attached, shown in the 1st photo. Otherwise the body work of both locomotive and tender looks nice and tight, I can’t see anything that is bent/broken. A bench test shows the motor /drive train runs smooth and draws just under 1A. The frame is stamped 4305, this matched the label on the box, so all things being equal, the box is original and in good condition with the usual scuffs from shelf storage. HO Scale Brass Sunset Models PRR 2-8-0 Class H-8 Steam Engine Unpainted EC. This is a beautifully preserved model in excellent aesthetic condition. He collected them for over 50 years, but never had a train setup actually running, so these have just been in their respective boxes in large plastic bins in a storage unit for at least two or three decades, possibly 50 years, depending on when each was collected. Occasionally he would take them out and he would tell me (as a child) about them. So I say all that to say he has passed away and to my knowledge, he never ran them. Feel free to ask me any questions I can answer, or for additional photos. However, my father didn’t seem to have any tracks or power hubs thus far in my storage digging, so I cannot test anything.
