Up for sale is a. Williams CE 7002 (Sam) Brass AC-12 SP Cab Forward Steam Engine O-Scale w/QSI QS-2 Sound 3-Rail. Very Good, USED, condition – nicely done piece by Samhongsa in Korea for Williams. Overall looks decent, but has some obvious blemishes. THIS IS THE 3-RAIL VERSION WITH CENTER ROLLER WHEELS. The engine has been tested, serviced, and works as it should. One of two Seuthe smoke units does not seem to work. We only had success with one of them. Features: Upgraded to QSI QS-2 Sound System (Similar to Proto-Sound 1.0). Chuff sound works perfect in forward, but seems to only work intermittently at low speeds and not at all at high speed while in reverse. A new battery has been installed. Wheels show minor wear. Tires may need to be replaced. Both engine and tender are well secured in factory original box. Box has some shelf wear and damage. Extra protective cushion may be added inside the foam insert to keep the item from shifting around. Please look at the pictures to see exactly what you will receive. Lionel Southern Pacific AC-12. Cab Forward Steam Engine and Tender. This is a fantastic looking set, but it doesn’t work properly. When I tested this set the engine would go, then slow down, then speed up and slow down and continue to do this. It didn’t hold the speed appropriately. Again – it would not hold a constant speed with my MTH transformer and would slow down and then get back to speed and continue to do that. I retested with a Lionel ZW and it did the same thing. I also tried adjusting the various switches and it still performed the same. The set looks real nice, but I noticed a loose window pane that I’m not sure if it is in the cab or if it is lost. I also noticed a few paint chips, primarily on the front of the tender. Set is a little dusty in the hard to clean areas like the detailed areas on the walkways. Set is not perfect, but still very desirable. This set is equipped with all the nice features like wireless tether, TMCC, Railsounds 5.0, Odyssey, Fat Boy Speakers (the best in my opinion), metal construction and many others. Please review side of box for all the details. I don’t have the manual for this set. The box looks nice with minor shelf wear. Again – the set doesn’t work properly. Someone may know the issues, but I was unable to find anything on the various web pages. Please review the pictures. Let me know if you have any questions.
