This locomotive has been custom painted at an amateur level. There are a couple of faint scratches on the trucks. Even though there are some minor imperfections, this engine is a great addition to any collection! This engine has been bench tested good. The included box is not correct for this model. These items are extremely detailed with beautiful brass construction. However, there are a few very timy tarnished spots on these locomotives and the red dye from the oriinal line has rubbed off in several small areas on one locomotive. The wooden box is damaged with one broken and loose wooden strip on one end. The foam liner is included, however it is faded in areas. Overall condition is Excellent.
