Even if noted as running well, it is always advisable to do a proper clean and lube before extensive running as dust, old lube, aged rubber, etc all need attention. Specific comments for this item follow below. Tested and running good, but the motor is really noisy, when the voltage is increased. This is not a fast loco, and so is meant to be run slowly. Could use an oiling, as I suspect there is none. Does not have split gears etc, as these are metal. You will get what you see, if you don’t see it then it isn’t included. If not sure, please ask me. In particular, if I don’t show or state there is a box, or battery, etc then there isn’t. Please don’t assume there is.

Tested and motor runs slowly, gears all working but hasn’t been used in many years. This has foam on it, from the disintegrated foam packing. This will not run as-is, since it needs a good oiling. This is Hon3 gauge, and so doesn’t run on HO or N.

This is an UNUSED / UNSTARTED DJH K309 7mm Limited Edition kit of LMS Jubilee 4-6-0 with short firebox / vertical throatplate and Stanier 4000 gallon tender. It is the DJH kit version suitable for North British built locomotives Nos. (4)5557 to (4)5606. NO wheels nor motor are included with this lot. This kit is in EXCELLENT UNUSED / UNSTARTED condition, but the box shows storage marks including modest indentations. NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN.
