Everything turns over freely, there is a small brass reservoir that the building engineer never used to house some pipes from the cylinders but it is present. Missing the boiler grate and a wooden side panel that covers the water tank but should be easy to replace. Overall length inc bumpers – 22 inches. VERY RARE – NOT OFTEN SEEN OR SALE.
