A lovely well built 45mm (2) Garden Gauge One 4-4-0 live steam Midland Railway. Johnson class 3 Belpaire Boilered locomotive. Believed to be a Keith Cousins/Paul Forsyth design locomotive. Silver soldered Boiler Meths sprit Fired. The loco measures 625 mm long (24). Single Cylinder, slip eccentric valve gear. Mechanical water pump with by-pass valve. Displacement lubricator between frames in cab. Hand pump fitted in tender. Pressure gauge, regulator and blower in cab Sprung buffers, scale coupling to front of loco and a sprung 3 link one to the rear of the tender. Show track included in sale. Been on display for a while so, will need lubricating and light re commissioning. No tight spots when moved forward or back. Cash on collection preferred. O Gauge (1:43 Scale) The LondonMidland and Scottish Railway (LMS) Fowler 3F 0-6-0T is a class of steamlocomotive, often known as Jinty. They represent the ultimate development ofthe Midland Railway’s six-coupled tank engines. An excellent model and runner plainblack with crew. Without transfers ready for you to personalise. Display track not included. Design of this class wasbased on rebuilds by Henry Fowler of the Midland Railway 2441 Class introducedin 1899 by Samuel Waite Johnson. These rebuilds featured a Belpaire firebox andimproved cab. 422 Jinties were built between 1924 and 1931; this class was justone of the Midland designs used on an ongoing basis by the LMS. The locomotiveswere built by the ex-L&YR Horwich Works and the private firms Bagnall’s, Beardmores, Hunslet, North British and the Vulcan Foundry. Hallmark Models Brass HO Scale 2-8-2 Steam Locomotive. Midland Valley # 601. Not many models of this railroad were ever made! I did test run this. It runs very well in both directions. It has been remotored with a Can Motor. The coal bunker has had the paint scratched off for a load possibly? Riginal Box is in pretty good condition.
