This is a powered LGB 2019s Colorado and Southern Mogul Steam Locomotive from 1990. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. The wheels show signs of previous wear. There are some scratches & nicks along the body and underside of this item. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
