This is a D51-498 steam locomotive radio controlled model. It has been played with a few times and then stored. The lights, running, and whistle all function correctly. An instruction manual is included. The set includes 2 straight rails and 36 curved rails (approximately 82.68 inches wide and 70.87 inches deep). Some of the rails have chipped parts, but this did not affect operation.

One of the charming and superb factory built Roundhouse live steam locomotives, with this particular example being professionally fitted with radio control, possibly by Roundhouse themselves. Radio controlled – professionally fitted. Overall condition is excellent. At some stage the gas has been overfilled and some has leaked onto the gauge changing plastic nuts which has cause some melting, please see pics. Although un-tested by ourselves, we are assured it is an excellent’as-new’ runner. Further more, we are happy to offer with this model on of our 6 month mechanical warranties for your peace of mind. One of the superb Roundhouse Leek & Manifold live steam locomotives. This example is factory fitted with Radio Control and comes with super detailing tools. The model has also had works plates fitted, however these are only attached with blue-tac and can be easily removed. The model is in excellent condition having been steamed a total of 15 times by it’s previous careful owner. The front buffer beam cover is slightly coming away but can easily be taped back down with double sided tape. Excellent smooth runner at both low and high speeds. Europe & Rest of World.
