This is a really well built locomotive. It is made from metal and other solid materials, and is very heavy. It has been tested on DC and is running very well and smooth. Dcc ready I believe, but cannot confirm. Has not seen much use, comes in base inside a white container, inside the box. This is a quality locomotive, with lots of detail.
