Up for sale is a. Williams CE 7002 (Sam) Brass AC-12 SP Cab Forward Steam Engine O-Scale w/QSI QS-2 Sound 3-Rail. Very Good, USED, condition – nicely done piece by Samhongsa in Korea for Williams. Overall looks decent, but has some obvious blemishes. THIS IS THE 3-RAIL VERSION WITH CENTER ROLLER WHEELS. The engine has been tested, serviced, and works as it should. One of two Seuthe smoke units does not seem to work. We only had success with one of them. Features: Upgraded to QSI QS-2 Sound System (Similar to Proto-Sound 1.0). Chuff sound works perfect in forward, but seems to only work intermittently at low speeds and not at all at high speed while in reverse. A new battery has been installed. Wheels show minor wear. Tires may need to be replaced. Both engine and tender are well secured in factory original box. Box has some shelf wear and damage. Extra protective cushion may be added inside the foam insert to keep the item from shifting around. Please look at the pictures to see exactly what you will receive. Williams Southern Pacific Cab Forward #4294 Steam Engine. This is a Williams Southern Pacific Cab Forward #4294 Steam Engine. The steam engine is in beautiful mint condition overall and does not show signs of having been run previously. The locomotive is made from brass and shows nice details. The steam engine is conventional and does not have any sounds. This locomotive would be a perfect candidate for an upgrade to either MTH or Lionel Command. The original box is not included with the locomotive. The original instructions are not included with the locomotive. NOTE: This item is from a collection, mostly from 1992 to 2000, that were displayed with no run time. The items are just a little dusty. I gave the engines a short test run on 4′ of track to check the basic functions. I did not test the smoke units (left them in an off position, if they had a switch). They have been sitting for 20 or so years and will need a proper lube job. The rubber tires may be cracked and need replacing. After you receive your item, you must be 5 star SATISFIED.
