Here we have a. Hallmark/Fujiyama MKT 4-6-2 Pacific Steam Engine BRASS ISSUES HO-Scale. Foam went bad in the box and damaged the paint on the engine and tender. Engine had cab roof damage and missing the cab roof “lip”. Comes in the original box, no foam. Tested, serviced and does run pretty good. Custom painted, decent job, but foam has attacked the paint, so it will probably need to be striped and repainted. Please look at the pictures to see exactly what you will receive. It features an operating smoke unit with opening smoke box door, three free-standing operating lanterns on front and back, and cab lighting (see disclosure). Locomotive has been test run to ensure operation. It works flawlessly with operating directional lantern lights and smoke stack. DISCLOSURES – the Engineer figure needs to be re-glued in the cab and the cab bulb needs to be replaced. There is a smudge mark to the paint on the side of the cab (please reference photo). TRAIN: C-7 EXCELLENT – all original with minute scratches. Shows signs of being on display and run. BOX: P-7 EXCELLENT – complete and all original. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. This item features exquisite detail. Re-installed the universal coupling of the front line assembly to the main. If it comes out, remove the front drive shoulder screws and re-insert with tweezers. Cleaned the tender truck/body contacts. Added a tension spring to the drawbar. There are a couple of spots of faintly chipped paint. There are a few minor blemishes on the roof of the tender. Even though there are a couple of minor imperfections, this brass locomotive and tender will make an impressive addition to any collection. The original box is included. Check the photos for.
