West Side Lumber Company Shay. One Gauge – 1:24 Scale. Model # 11 of 36. A small quantity of 36 of these 1:24 engines were produced in 1989. This example looks beautiful, but does have a few surface marks. Nothing major, but they are there. I didn’t want to clean it too aggressively so it’s a little dusty in the tough to reach areas. Set was tested and I was unable to get it to move. No lights or anything. I thought that was unusual and I question if I was doing something wrong or if a wire is loose. I think this set is equipped with sound as there is an off/on switch on the tender. I don’t have the original packaging for this item but will make sure it is properly packaging so it shows up in the same condition you see in this listing.
